Abstract. The current and expected implications of the climate change impact on buildings and constructions in the Arctic area of Russia are evaluated. The particular significance of construction certification systems and standards for the facilities’ adaptation to regional climate change is emphasized. Considered are perspectives of applying the world basic green construction standards as well as those developing in Russia to increase efficiency of adaptation of buildings and constructions to climate change impact and to reduce climatic risks in the Russia’s Arctic area.

Abstract. The dynamics and state construction of fixed assets were considered. It was disclosed the economic role of leasing as an innovative mechanism to update them. It was analyzed its advantage and level of development in comparison with other countries. The main directions of improvement and development of leasing activity were given.

Abstract. In this article the necessity of assessing the environmental safety of the objects of housing construction is substantiated. It is proposed to assess the ecological safety of the objects of housing construction in the context of the level of ecological safety of the housing construction; used building materials, construction technology, construction site; built and adjacent territories. In this case the definition of the final indicator of the level of ecological safety of the finished object of housing construction will be carried out by expert estimates in the absence of data on the environmental safety of housing construction in the open official sources.

Abstract. The article considers the urban development and planning documents of foreign countries in terms of the standards for construction of sports facilities. The analysis was performed among cities, comparable Moscow due to the number of criteria. The authors classified sports facilities, being standardized abroad, build up a list of parameters, used for such standardization and analyze the practice of abandoning the standardization. Finally the article provides general principles used for development of standards for construction of sports facilities.

Abstract. Focus on resource conservation logistics modern enterprise of construction is an important strategic priority and target strategic task. Co-Torah allows management of the company in a timely manner to carry out an analysis and assessment in a rating and a specific period. As a result of decisions in the field of resource it is expected productivity gains labor in relation to payments and additional costs for issues incorporated in resource, which ensures increased efficiency of logistics activities in the logistics business of construction.
