The article describes the basic components of developed professional standard "Master carpentry works". The standard includes the employment of functions and actions undertaken by workers carpenters and joinery engaged in construction. It also contains the basic requirements for skills and knowledge that should be possessed by these workers for the implementation of joinery and carpentry work in construction.

Territorial division of labor leading to the emergence of the exchange processes and movement of goods directly influences the economic development of all regions of the Russian Federation. The article presents the results of the gravity model, which is an important tool for the assessment of the transport impacts on the economic development. The model also helps to reveal the constraints which are imposed on the national economy by the insufficiency of the road infrastructure. The main idea of the model is the dependency between the volume of trade between two regions and the economic potential of two regions and the travel time between them by the road transport. The economic potential of the region shows the market size, the travel time between regions is an important because it defines the size of transportation costs.
The gravitational model is used to assess the influence of the road construction on macroeconomic indicators. The solving of problem of the projects prioritization is demonstrated for the set of cases.
