Abstract. In article features of leasing in construction branch are described, and the basic players in the given sphere of Republic Mordovia were given. Abstract. Currently there are no reasonable methodologies for determination of costs and accordingly effectiveness of housing infrastructure. This is the reason why the article is actual. The paper presents the methodology for evaluating effectiveness of creating and functioning house infrastructure by the example of St.-Petersburg. The methodology is based at aggregated indicators and allows calculating the costs of large-panel housing infrastructure, correlating the costs with balanced financial result and determining economic efficiency of large-panel housing in the region.
