In the article questions of management of integration processes in an investment and construction complex are considered. The model of system and mechanisms of management of integration processes in an investment and construction complex providing growth of scales of construction business, decrease in transactional expenses, increase in profitability and efficiency of construction production are offered. Methodical approach to an assessment of economic efficiency of development of a control system of integration processes in an investment and construction complex is created.
